Everything's Alright

It's so good to be home right now. Everything is fine. Except that I have to blow my last vacation day to drive my mother to the doctor's in Shadyside next Wednesday for a check up appointment with the doctor that did her pacemaker surgery.

Blergh!

Way to not have any vacation time for me this year, except for my birthday.

I'm so glad it's all over.

We did get to have a bit of fun while we were there....had some good food at Panera Bread and a lovely breakfast this morning at the hotel. But honestly the fun was making a mummy out of my mummy with blankets.



So glad she has a good sense of humor. I'm even gladder (is that a word) that all went well and she's home safe and sound with us today.
