God I wanted to forget this song as well as go on a killing spree each and every time I heard the damn thing, which was like 5 times an hour, or so it seemed at the time!

I'd have to say Culture Club's Karma Chameleon. No one I knew liked them, everyone was more into Michael Jackson and I couldn't stand him then, just as I can't stand him now.
