Old Favorite

There's a candy bar at Aldi Markets that brings back great memories. It's Milk Chocolate with raisins and hazelnuts.

Yum.

It's very reminiscent of the Chunky Bar.

Do any of you remember those?

They were a big block of chocolate maybe 2 inches wide and long filled with raisins and peanuts. Oh were they good. I don't think I've seen one in a store for years.

~sigh~

Apparently they still make them, but finding them is another thing, and I'm certainly not going to spend $20 for a box of them, when I can get the lovely bar version from Aldi for $1.50, when they have them. Sadly today they didn't have the raisin nut bar, and that made me sad, because I've been in a chocolate devouring mood lately.

I need my chocolate fix!!!
