Thursday Thirteen

Thirteen things I plan to do this summer

1. Get more reading done. I'd like to read a few more of Gregory Maguire's books particularly the other two Wizard of Oz books.

2. Get to Idlewild and Kennywood at least once.

3. Use my new camera on a regular basis.

4. Get to Phipps Conservatory to see the Longfellow sculptures.

5. Go to Books-A-Million and a few other places in Wheeling.

6. Go to the Meadows Casino I dream of winning enough for a down payment on that Ford Focus! (At the rate I've been going, there's no money to put into savings, thanks to having bills for both myself and then my grandmother's house. What I have extra usually = a book or a CD, and thank you very much. I want a little joy each month.

7. Have a look @ the new Tangier Outlets in Washington, PA. They've been open almost a year, and I still haven't gone.

8. Take a weekend roadtrip somewhere. I don't really care where it is as long as its not my little hamlet of Charleroi on Mon.

9. See the Wild Things play a home game one Friday night when they also have fireworks!

10. Walk more (assuming it ever stops raining)

11. See at least two movies. Preferrably Up! and The Boat That Rocked.

12. Catch Deni Bonet in Oglebay in August!

13. Go to the Fayette County Fair!
