And the all-time champion overplayed song is one of my favorites ... Losing My Religion, by REM. I loved the song, but for a while I couldn't listen to it because it seemed it was being played on a five-minute rotation on every non-gospel station on Earth.
I think REM's Shiny Happy People was slightly more overplayed, but yeah...Losing My Religion was another one...It drove me nuts!
Big Matchbox Twenty fan here, but they never get airplay in the UK.
Great songs. I loved the Taylor Swift one.
