There has been a hummingbird outside my office. For some reason the little guy likes the bars on the trailer's windows, and it has showed up twice this week.
I usually have my Nikon point and shoot in my purse.
Not this week.
Which is why the hummingbird came by and a deer and a fawn.
2 photo ops lost to my idiocy for not sticking my camera in my purse like I usually do.
Fooey!
I spotted the most absolute beautiful Challenger today. Plumb crazy purple! You know, I collect photos of Challengers I've spotted...
Usually I would be ready to snap the photo if I was in a safe spot but I was driving and couldn't.
Grrrr.
I have a hummingbird feeder outside of my kitchen window at home and they come by pretty often. I have tried to take photos but the windows are in an awkward place for photo taking and those birds are so freaking fast that by the time I got outdoors to a place where I could zoom in on them, they would be gone.
40 something reader of romantic fiction, YA, Paranormal and any other book that might strike my fancy.

I hate when that happens. :(
