Yay For Cable

I got my cable internet hooked up today.

Now all I have to do is call Comcast to let them know I have my own modem, so they don't charge me for a rental and call Earthlink and tell em buh bye.

I also have to figure out how to set up my comcast email, because so far every time I follow the instructions on the site, I get nowhere.

I guess I should be happy with fast speeds and no lost connections.

It is better than nothing, right?
