My New Project

I spent the afternoon with mom going through cookbooks and I got an idea.

Once a week, we are going to try a new recipe.

This week's new dish is going to be Beefy Tortellini Skillet

As soon as I make the new dish, I'll share my feelings on it on my Wenches blog.

I figure, this project will shake things up and get me using some of the bazillion cookbooks that are in this house!
