Playing Catch Up

My internet is really getting on my nerves. I'm not sure why I bother blogging anymore. I can barely get things posted. It seems like when I have something to post my connection goes down. I'm so frustrated and angry. Case in point...this post was started yesterday and when I came back to finish it, my internet was down for 2 hours.

Again, the only plus to this is that I've been getting a lot of reading done.

Heck half the time I can't even visit blogs...

Grrrr, so if you get a comment from me, you should consider yourself lucky!

Life hasn't changed much. I'm still pretty much stuck in this house almost every waking hour when I'm not working. I'm telling you, it gets old.

I miss simple things like going to Target which is only a 20 minute drive away or the mall...or even day trips to the fairs.

I can't do any of that now.

But back to the week at hand.

I also found out that a man charged with murder worked for the company that I work for....Can I just say YIKES!

That's not something you find out every day...

I received a ton of books in the mail this week, some I knew were coming because I'm part of book tours, but today I got two Harlequin Presents novels just because I'm part of their survey team. I love getting free books!

So at least I have something to read when the internet is down.

On a musical note...I got the latest Mickey Dolenz CD called Remember. I plan on reviewing it sometime soon. (If my internet connection allows me)

I feel your pain. It seems a few bloggers are going through this. I hope it settles down and gets back to some semblance of normalcy!

As you say, how great to receive a bunch of books like that! As for the internet - we all scream when it goes wrong. We had a problem for a while which we traced back to one of those wired up phones. Whenever we used it the internet stopped.

On a good note this summer seems to be cooler than normal.
