In My Life....I'll Love You More

My sweet little Oogie passed away on Sunday morning early. He fought so hard to stay with us., but a URI that one of my younger cats had got him, and he was too old and weak to recover.

My heart is heavy. This is my second baby to pass this year, and all of my other kitties are close in age to him. Soon to be 12 at the end of the month.

Oogie was my sweet boy, and I loved him so very much. His presence in my house will be greatly missed, but I know mommy and daddy and all his little furry friends who went on ahead of him were there as he crossed that rainbow bridge.

Oh the weird hits I'll get from google on that one!

What a face!

You should see him when he's amused!

My Crazy Cats

It's funny how my cats have paired off. I have 2 females and 2 males, and though they have all been altered, for lack of a better word, they have split up into couples.

Oogie and Bootsie make a cute couple

And then there's Itchy and Mutchka.

What's funny is that when I had Misty and Buddah they never paired up. Maybe it was the age difference. I don't know, but suddenly I have two groups of married couples in the house. What's really precious is when Mutchka starts to clean Itchy.

So far there's been no true love between the two younger kitties even though they hang out together all the time.

Kittehs Everywhere

I think Muthcka was the only kitteh, that didn't have his picture snapped this weekend, and that's because he's a cranky kitty.

Here are my furry feline friends....

Oogie, aka Kitler looking not so pleased.

This is Bootsie's WTF expression. She uses it a lot.

Itchy is glad I didn't snap another picture of her rolly polly belly.

Pet Pictures

Because it's bright sunny and lovely out and I have no money to go anywhere and do anything fun right now...

Purrbee giving his best, "I'm a pathetic pooch" look.

Sleepy little Oogie.

Bootsie the chicken cat, hiding under my desk.

The Attack Oogie

I never know what my Oogie cat will be up to next. He's got the most personality of all my many pets. He's full of cat-itude.

Allow me to illustrate...

The attack Oogie spies his prey, sitting atop the dining room table. Salt and pepper shakers in the form of a rabbit and a carrot. Imagine the treachery they will cause! The attack Oogie must rid the world of these menaces. After all, Oogie's grandma has high blood pressure and needs to cut down on her sodium intake.

Slowly and stealthfully the attack Oogie creeps closer. The shakers won't know what happened to them. But wait...Damn they are empty....

ARGH!

No More Pictures Mom

It's that time of year again, when the only pictures my camera takes are of my cats, specifically of the baby of the bunch, Oogie. From the looks of things, he's had enough of it too.

~sigh~

It's not fair. It's too cold to go walking anywhere, because who ever heard of a Mistress Of The Dark-icle? No one! If there was one, I can assure you it wouldn't be a pretty sight either.

Brrrr!

Plus the weather takes turns for the worse on the weekend, so if I wanted to get some nice snow scenes at Mingo Creek Park, it isn't likely to happen.

~big sigh~

Now will someone tell Oogie that he has to sit pretty for the camera for at least one more month?
