The Last Day Of The Year

2015 has been one hell of a ride.

It has been a year of grieving, of change, and starting over.

Its been a year of insanity.

I said goodbye to two of my kitties in 2015

I moved into a new house

I've tried to keep up this blog, but as you can see, I've mostly failed at that, and I don't know why.

It has been an interesting year. I can't believe it will be the second New Year's Eve that I'll be spending without my dad. and the 7th without my grandmother.

Where does time go?

I'm 41 years old and I feel everything slipping away from me.

Here's hoping 2016 will be more stabilizing.

New Year's Eve

My friend Jen and her daughter along with most of my family are coming to ring in the new year here.

After which we'll watch movies, drink some wine and generally fall into a dazed stupor from staying up too late.

I hope all of you have a wonderful First Night (as they call it in Pittsburgh)!

Don't get too drunk and don't do anything that I wouldn't do!

Just wishing everyone a wonderful 2009. I hope you have a wonderful evening tonight helping 2008 walk out the door. Please slam it and make sure it hits it in the backside on the way out.

I know I'll be sitting with friends eating and drinking good things tonight and watching cheesy movies until all hours, which is as it should be.
