I was reviewing an album of Trip Hop music and I remembered a band I liked in the 90s.

The Shamen....Destination Eschaton...The song is infectious...the video...not so much.



Unfortunately this song is stuck in my head.

Ear Worms

You know, I have to say most songs that get stuck in my head are songs I've heard on the radio multiple times.

What really drives me crazy is when a song that I've not even listened to somehow manages to work its way inside my mind.

That is truly annoying.

Sometimes you just have to mention a song and it gets stuck in your head. You know, like Barry Manillow's Mandy.

ARGH!

The power of suggestion is really a nasty thing.

So please don't mention Taylor Swift around me...cos I'm really sick of that Never Ever Ever Gonna Get Back Together song...it is the most horrific piece of musical trash ever, and once it gets in your head, it is a total parasite, it won't leave!!

Earworm Alert!

I've been reviewing an album of Scottish Children's Songs. If you have little ones, you have to look up Twinkle Trax!

The only problem I have is the song "Ya Cannae Shove Yer Granny Aff The Bus."

It is stuck in my head.

The lyrics have you pushing various family members off public transportation! Not exactly a friendly song, but I wouldn't mind giving a few people a push off the bus.

I wish there was a way I could share this song with you guys, if only to make you suffer the earworm the way I am now.

This one is definitely an earworm with staying power!

I'm still not up to par...the worry and thinky thoughts are messing with my sleep patterns. I need the stuff that is going on in my life to stop going on. I miss enjoying things and right now..the worry is sapping the enjoyment out of everything.

The only thing I did enjoy was a super silly song I heard on So Random yesterday. It's by Hot Chelle Rae, and it's called Tonight Tonight...and I bring you the silly video...so it can embed itself in your brain as well as mine.
